I was diagnosed with food poisoning and sent home. Came back two days later, I had Bacterial Meningitis, became septic and had to be transferred to Harris Hospital Downtown. I was in ICU 14 days and almost died because of a misdiagnosis by this ER. This is unacceptable.

If I could leave zero stars I would. What a terrible place. I’m and RN and I work in a hospital (not this one thank God)! I waited in the ED for 4.5 hours before they even did lab work. Very unprofessional and uncaring staff. Go anywhere else.
