Did not use enough propane so they wanted to charge rental fee which i can understand but i wanted just smaller tank when they took there tank they cut piping and stole two regulators one was mine for sure poor company.
Always very pleased with my total experience. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Drivers are excellent and very fast reliable service. I totally recommend them to anyone who wants great service.
I’m not even a customer… Webster still helped me. I called for technical assistance regarding fuel oil. Front office staff indicated they weren’t sure and directed me toward someone who might know. A few minutes later Jason called me back and helped tons. Great people. Thank you again.
These guys took great care of my grandparents up in Michigan, and I really can’t thank them enough for that. They helped them get set up with a new, more efficient propane system for their home, and they showed incredible patience along the way. Really great people, and I would recommend them to ANYONE 🙂
