Waited too long here for terrible ‘diagnosis’. Prefer and would refer Cambridge Medical Center over any other hospital due to their CARE for patients concerns and needs.

SLOW!!! Waiting rooms are large enough to hold a major catastrophe. Let’s hope that doesn’t happen, because when I have been there, hardly anyone is in them and it takes FOREVER to get anything done.

Really poor service and help from the nurses. My mom stayed at the ER over night and the nurse stole her pain medication and lied to a doctor.
The ER is a joke and they have no sense of urgency with the rudest service I’ve ever received. They also never have appointments in the clinic so maybe they should look into getting some more drs.

The staff is amazing. Receptionists are always friendly, nurses are so nice and very friendly, and the doctors/NP/PA are the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a clinic. I switched my family and myself from Fairview and have not regretted it at all.
