I gave them one because I had to . Worst electric company ever . There’s always power outages that causes a mess of problems with internet and other utilities with no competition for the dameges the unexpected power loss fryed my internet motom .
Just added a website to electronically check your bill and make payments. I like that. Also they are a relatively small utility that has a deep commitment to our community. The response times for outages are very quick and they have recently made updates to their network to further reduce those problems.
My experience with WeCo has been very pleasant. Both in person and on the phone. The ladies that work here are very attentive, helpful, polite, and just so nice. When I called she explained everything to me and had a lot of patience to answer all my questions. Very pleasant and nice people.
