Hands down the worst service on the planet. Constantly disputing with them on why my account has a debt that nobody can explain even after paying it! Snakes!
No way of contacting them unless it’s to pay a bill, and a stiff breeze will leave you without power for hours at a time, I realize that Jackson and Holmes country stopped progressing in the eighties, but this is ridiculous
There’s something “fishy” going on with their residential monthly billing. All I can say is don’t go by the charges they have without reading the meter yourself to verify their amount!
Less than a week with no power. Thank you WFECA for the hard work and long hours. Was surprised to be back on so quickly with the devastation this storm caused.
I rather give it a zero star! The Rep at the Bonifay office took forever to answer the call it rang 7x and when she was on the phone rude and short with me. VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE
Great coop! I’ve worked with several and the team here is focused on the members. These are tough times and I appreciate the actions they are taking to keep us safe.
The worst! Rude and unable to think on their feet. If there’s a problem don’t expect any help from that company. Better to find another source of energy. Cause when times are tough they won’t be anywhere in sight.

Power shut off on a Thursday. I begged them for just 1 more day but they wouldn’t do it. Now it’s Friday and even paying today I can’t get my power back on until Monday. Even with 2 kids in the home and nowhere else to go. They only care about money, don’t expect them to care about you

Nearly weekly power outages that are, to my knowledge, unplanned. Ridiculous that they have a monopoly on most people in the area.
