Horrible. Doctor doesn’t explain anything. My husband had a procedure and was not told he’d be housebound for a week with a catheter. They did not give him the necessary prescription. NEVER answer phones. Impossible to get a call back. Looking for a new urologist for him right now.

I have never had good experiences dealing with their doctors. The one I dealt with was more interested in telling me what I dont have instead of helping me solve an issue. I will not be back!!! Waste of time and money.
