2 stars because the power goes out on average of 2-3x a month during the summer months and is most often out for more than 2 hours at a time. Pretty frustrating. Don’t understand it.
If we’re going to live in this world then we’ll continue to pay for a bill. I put installation in the top of the roof and under the house plus new windows. It gonna cost no matter what you do.

Every time I actually go inside to pay my bill, the older woman is extremely rude. Our bills have been extremely high and when I ask why, she shoves a paper at you and basically says it’s your own fault and she can have someone look at the meter. A house with 2 people living in it should not have $600 electric bills.
Too expensive!!! I have a 1500 sq ft house. We like it cool all year round summer bills are around 200 bucks with air running constantly…in the winter with barely little heat running it ranges from 500 to 900 bucks…..something is seriously wrong here.
I am writing as a Lower Alabama grateful woman who sat in my dark house for three days due to Hurricane Sally. You guys rode up like the cavalry and rescued us. We will always be indebted for your kindness for having our power restored so quickly. God bless y’all.
Had a 900.00 dollar electric bill for 2 people in the home and was told that my plug in kerosene heaters did it! Im on disability and had to pay it ! They are unreasonable and dont care about anything except getting there money!
They’re always really nice when I call. I think they need to do more to advocate on behalf of their customers since they are a co op. Recent rate increases have been hard on people. I was told it would be temporary, we shall see.
