I wish I could give them 0 stars…called up there and talked to Sandra at the front desk and she told us what to pay…we went and made that payment…they told us we had until Friday…I made the payment on Tuesday…they came and ā¦

They over charge you and dont come out and read the meters and there employes are hatefull and mean they overcharge you and eatamate the bill 200 + every month and everyone in town has a hi bs bill becouse there money hungrey people if i could live without lights and water i would
Snotty attitudes from the people that answer the phone. Iām very nice and only asked to pay a bill and the lady acted like I was asking her to do cartwheels. At least pretend to be pleasant geez.
We’ve had various experiences when calling WMU and getting answers, but I just spoke with Hannah who went above and beyond to help me. WMU as a whole gets a 3, but Hannah gets a 10.
Majority of the clerks have terrible attitudes. Way too high for commercial utilities. We only have one utility company so they have a very high sense of entitlement.
Not able to turn off water from the main. contact wm utilites tech said it was fine. had water leak in house still not able to turn of water from main. Going to see what the supervisor is going to do about this issue. I am not going to post his name as of now
This business is running a scam, my bill was to today and I started calling at 4:10 after I got off work and was unable to get anyone in the billing department so when I get off work Monday and my lights are off I would have to pay a ā¦
Terrible! Absolutely horrible customer service skills. Won’t answer if there is a power outage and will hang up on you when you finally get someone to answer. Dont call and ask them ANY kind of question, the answer will be “I don’t have an answer for that.” Power goes out multiple times a week with no explanation.
Great place to work if you can avoid getting stabbed in the back

If I could give them a zero I would. They don’t care about their customers only how much money they can get out of them . They don’t make payment arrangements and will never go the extra mile to assist their customers. It’s the only light ā¦
If I could give no stars, I would. Horrible service and bad attitudes. Power outages take forever to be fixed, plus go out for no reason. Had to call repeatedly, because the drivers don’t know street addresses. GPS is a tool that can be utilized.
Very inconsiderate staff, came on hard time, staff clerks had no compassion or understanding, I have had service over 5 years with no problems paying a my bill, and were un willing to work with me on anything, I have 2 kids, just very disheartening to have been treated as such.
I’ve had nothing but excellent service from and with the staff, in person and over the phone. They are kind, curious, and respond in a timely manner. I have recently started using their website, and I must say it is very easy and simple to use. Thank you for a great experience! !
Over the phone service is not so good. I’ve lived here 11 years never had an issue with any of the inside ladies. Online bill pay is awesome, such a great tool. Bills are outrageous, extension are almost non existent, and what is a fuel tax ā¦
