This was my very first visit at the clinic. It was very good experience, from the front desk to the exam room, to the doctor. Everyone made my visit pleasant and educational.
They left me in a room waiting for the doctor for over 40 minutes and they got mad at me for asking how much longer I had to wait.
Very rude and did not have good customer service.
Not sure how they got 1 star. Dr. Colby is extremely knowledgeable, staff is friendly and wait is no longer than any othe place. Plus, worth the wait if you have to.
