The staff Is horrible, we waited an hour past our appointment time and still haven’t seen the doctor. The nurse came in and said so you are being seen for a hernia? Nope, wrong person and then didn’t apologize. Still haven’t seen the doctor, do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

Scheduling is horrible. Not the sharpest folks working there. Had to provide my insurance card each time for them to copy. There must be challanges training staff. The doctor was ok. My surgery was fine. , but double check and ask questions with the support team.
I can never get ahold of anybody at this clinic when I need to. Their receptionists only work 6.75 hours a day and no one can operate an answering machine to take calls when they are on lunch. …
This facility is great, all the staff are incredibly welcoming and the actual building is very nice/clean. Specifically, Dr. Mitchell and RN Tracy have been beyond helpful and are very good at their jobs. They both do a great job at making sure you understand everything and are very accommodating.
Every medical professional at West Michigan Surgical Specialists that I dealt with treated me as if I were family. I truly fealt cared for by them. I highly recommend seeing Dr. DeJong. He’s all the things one would want in a surgeon.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and Dr. Williams got me in right away to see her. She set me at ease and answered all my questions.
