Been holding on the phone for 25 minutes listening to recordings about what a valued customer I am, how committed they are to serving me, yada yada yada. What a joke. They should at least let you know how long the wait is and give you an option to leave your number for a call back.
We have had west valley for about 12 years now and have had only 2 problems which they fixed right away.when I called them the lady’s on the phone were very nice and helpful. Before them we had aloha garbage for years I hated them. They were the rude ones. I hope I continue to have great service with them.
