I called with a problem this morning and the men came straight out and checked pressure and for leaks. They gave me a couple of things to check inside. Great service, nice conversation with the lady that answered the phone.
Rob was incredibly pleasant and helpful getting our water turned on today. Since 8am this morning he has answered questions throughout the day and gone above and beyond to help us get set up. Thank you for everything, looking forward to doing business with you.
Every time I deal with this company, they are always more inclined to shut off my water than anything. I absolutely hate this company. Wish I had another option
Cut off my water over a 32 dollar bill they forgot to send out 10 years ago! Had to pay my normal payment and reconnect fee. Hateful rude people. I cannot stand this water company. Wish someone else would take over and fire everyone!
Total scam. You cant pay them directly. If u use their pmt auto system…. be warned. A confirmation means nothing. Theyll send you a bill with 24 hrs to cut service and a late charge despite ur confirmation number. They will scream yell …
