  3. They want to charge you a $50 connection fee to just change a last name in the system. Ridiculous. The water is already connected! How is it so hard to go in to the account & hit the backspace or delete button that it requires $50 to do so? Needless to say, the last name was never changed. Highway, fricken, robbery.
