Terrible nursing staff in ER.. terrible! Half of them don’t know what they are doing it seems…the head nurse with short blonde hair is a witch ! She cares less for patients then she does for the staff under her. other then that great food from the kitchen!

Everyone was kind and helpful during my outpatient surgery experience. Those who accompanied me found the cafeteria quite reasonably priced. The hospital environment is pleasant and welcoming.
No one really cares here. I sat in waiting room waiting for 4 hrs while I watched multiple people come in and out that came after me. I have Pneumonia and only got worse yet it didn’t matter. No insurance no service I guess. My wife sat there for 9 hrs2 days prior. Unacceptable!!!!
I have had wonderful care and I have had positively indifferent care at Westerly hospital. There is no place on their website to send feed back. There is no way to contact staff on their website. I find it disappointing. Why aren’t they eager to help patients send compliments or complaints?
