They always seem to have an extremely long wait time. My appointment was for 1:00 p.m. I was not taking back until 2:35. I didn’t get out until 3:30. My entire afternoon was taken for a 30-minute appointment. If this only happened once I would accept it however this seems to be the norm

I have a lung condition and cannot wear a mask. I ask if they could make an accommodation for this to be able to get eye exam. I offered to wait in car until appointment so I could not be in waiting room. However they refused to make any efforts to see me.
