Horrible. They have a monthly service fee regardless of use. Mine was over $60. I literally have to pay to “maintain” service. What happened to just being a customer and pay for what you use? Guess not. Just a heads up, terrible service as well!

I call in and ask about refilling my pool after it had some issues and was fixed. They say call back with the days you filled and if it goes into Tier 3/4 we will credit it back.
