Some of the employees are very rude. If you are ever late on a payment, expect an $89 deposit if you ever move to another address. Even 3 or 4 days late!!!

The only way to sign up for water service is to drive 4.5. hrs to the office or receive application by snail mail. This is archaic in todays business world.
