I cannot describe how disgusted I am with their service.

As a customer you only get one ext. per year, that is so stupid.
They provide water that is nationality ranked for its great taste.
Hung up on me. Don’t know what to tell you. Dispatched tech answered my question in 30 seconds on site.

I agree with all the comments from the oussed customers here. WVWA shows their disregard to us customers because I have yet to see a response from them on this page.
I am extremely unsatisfied, the lady on the phone was extremely rude, she was so unprofessional, she called me a lair and yelled at me through the phone.
There is a special place in hell for the cold hearted theives that manage this place. It is a shame we are left with no other option. They rob you with a smile on their faces.
This is the worst company,no parking to go pay your bill without walking a country mile,then they act as if you haven’t paid when using the drop off box,
The customer service is horrendous. The call services staff never fail to have a bad attitude. They are very rude and short on the phone.

The customer service reps at the VWWA I have dealt with are very nice, the rules and automated system are typical of a cumbersome bureaucratic system with layer upon layer of stupid rules meant to protect the bureaucracy not the citizen who have now choice but tot put up with them in order to have water service.
This water company is awful. We just moved and tried paying by check via phone, credit card via phone, and online. Nothing worked! Then they shut off the water without notice. Extremely unprofessional staff.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Error in their system caused my water to get turned off and would refused to remove a $50 service fee. Organized crime.

I am concerned about charges held on deposit for one having to pay an enormous amount to have to pay to have your water turn on after having it disconnected–funds ($100 each time) that are not returned if you pay your bill late. This is an unfair practice!!
