  1. After years of service, the only true issue I’ve ever had has just recently presented its ugly face. This company’s rating used to be much higher, but instead of keeping up with times and saving its reputation, they would rather make an enemy rather than a potential return customer.

  8. An absolutetly horrible experience from every angle. Take heed to previous reviews and avoid this service provider at all costs. Arbitrary billing, poor customer service, broken commitments, random inconvenient visits and slow internet speed.

  9. The only problem I have with wtc is the fact that they mess up the monthly automatic billing and my bill builds up over time. By the time I find out, they have already turned off my internet and I’m stuck with a 200 dollar bill.
