Westfield quickly and seamlessly guided me to a rental car and worked with the body shop of my choice to fix the damage to my car. They made a terribly stressful accident much more bearable. Have had to have damage claims settled, used towing services and rental car services. The claim settlements are always a simple process. We have never had any issues with any of the services. Our rates have never went up because of a claim. We always receive exceptional customer service and have reasonable rates.

My auto claim was handled efficiently and I am happy with the resolution. It was easy to work with Westfield.
Due to the way the handled my claim I now have to take extra time and money to fight them on their opinion. The way they are treating me during my claim is horrible. I am now a month into my claim and ended up in the dirt, they were to be on my side and it’s now clear that they are not.
