False claim on their website: there’s no 24/7 service. We experienced it today with no power in the unit and no solution nor alternative provided. Overall, a poor experience whatever the department you deal with. We experienced different management companies in CT, this one ranks near to the bottom.
Terrible management! I wouldn’t give any stars but I had to. It’s like pulling teeth to get anything done if at all, and Melissa is rude. I should have to wait over a year to get a cracked foundation fix, and I’m still waiting.
I would recommend anyone looking to move into one of its properties to turn and run the other way. When there are maintenance issues, they are very slow to respond or don’t bother to respond at all. If you send an email to the property manager, he ignores you and doesn’t bother to acknowledge it. Bad service overall.
