I was with Nicholas Finance as well they took over Dec 1, 2022 when call Nicholas it routes you to them. Payments made in Nov and Dec not showing up so. They keep stating I’m behind on my payments and the portfolio only show one account. This is outrageous!!!! 0 stars you are forced to rate.

This place acquired a account from another company, didn’t contact me and just posted on my credit inaccuracies with the account and made my credit score drop.

This company bought my auto loan from another company and have called me a minimum of 5 times per day since then. I make my payments on time and they will call me the day my payment is due asking when I plan on paying. The people who call can barely speak English. They will also share your information with marketing companies.
Appalling customer service. They took over servicing Nicholas Financial as of December 1. The December payment was made to Nicholas but Westlake will provide no information or help to get the payment credited properly. I think this is a scam to obtain an extra payment.
