High rates and interest, feels like a for-profit bank than a credit union. Closing multiple locations to make it more difficult for people to have banking options close by.

I’ve been with the whatcom educational credit Union for 37 years and they have had the best customer service of any bank I have ever dealt with I highly recommend them.
They need to do something with their mobile deposit. Takes me 20 attempts of picture of check. Very clear pictures of the check and they still require rescanning.

ATM didn’t work late night. Didn’t want to read my card or work past the main screen of images. Waste of my time. Too many issues with this credit union!
