The doctor and staff are friendly, kind and caring. Dr. Kahn spends time with my grandchildren and answers all questions in a clear way in terms almost anyone can understand.

Very bad customer service. The receptionist sounds and acts like she hates her job and was rude. After asking my question she didn’t ask politely to wait or inform me of what she was doing she just transfer me to a voicemail.

Takes forever to get a hold of someone, I had issues getting my medicine, and the lady at the front desk either hates life or just genuinely sounds irritated all the time.
On a every day basis the doctors and nurses are quick and efficient in getting you seen and on your way. The front desk people have always been so nice.
