WRVE has a great website. Once you register for an online account you can manage your info and bill plus pay your Electric bill online. I signed up for auto pay and SO GLAD I did! It is all so easy to use. I never have to worry about or remember when it’s time to pay my bill. I am never late paying. I recommend the WRVE HUB

The first line folks are always willing to help that little extra bit. We do our drive up business with the Reeds Spring office and the lady behind the window is always pleasant and asking if she can do anything else to help
The people are very nice but it isn’t fair to new customers deposits be based on the previous customers usage. I also know it’s also based on my credit score. Customers should be able to pay the deposit over time and not be forced to do the prepaid electric.
WRVEC has been the electric provider for our business and home for many years. They respond promptly when there is an outage and get the repairs done in good time.
