Worst customer service my husband & I have ever experienced. Try getting some employees in there that actually know how to provide customer service. We are building a new home & the most difficult process of the whole thing is dealing with this electronic company. Awful!!!
Very very rude people when you call worst service I’ve ever had. You are by far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with couldn’t explain to my why my bill was so high for such a tiny house absolutely ridiculous.
I have been on REMC for 40 years I’ve never had a reason to be disappointed by their service. My bill is half of my RP&L friends. I’ve had quick response to outages. Can’t complain.

The smallest storm shuts off power for hrs i mean whats going on i have prob at least 2 to 3 outages a month. When the littlest rain comes i dread it cause u know the powers going off also 32 dollars just to have electric then the bill come on now help your customers out
I want to commend the linemen for keeping the electric equipment in such good shape. During the blizzard of 2022, I was very worried that I would lose power. However, my lights never even flickered. Way to go guys!!
