I’ve been a patient of Dr. Johnson for more than 30 years. I moved to Spokane in 2004 and still drive to Colfax to see him, as he gives the best service a patient could ask for.
As someone with chronic medical conditions, I have seen a lot of doctors and other medical professionals over the years. Whitman Medical is the best, bar none. Dr. Lundberg is the best doctor I have ever had. And I am a very picky and well-informed patient.
Emergency room staff were friendly and efficient. Made my mom’s visit as comfortable as possible and took time to thoroughly explain the best steps for care at home.

Caring, compassionate, and highly professional, from the ladies out front, to billing, and the medical staff. My family and I have serious and chronic issues, and they have been dealt with quicker, more thoroughly and with greater compassion than I have found in larger medical centers.
I would never take anyone in pain here. Sucks to watch someone you care about be in miserable pain and people take there sweet sweet time. Never seen slower workers in my life. Good for small appointments but otherwise a joke.

I love all the staff. They are always kind, and patient no matter the situation. Dr.Mellor is an amazing Dr. he not only takes care of a patients medical issues he cares about his patients, and takes time to listen to them. Overall most of the Doctors are that way they get to know the person.

Amazing experience in labor and delivery! Everyone was so sweet and really went above and beyond in making the experience as comfortable and wonderful as possible! I only wish I was able to go to this hospital for the birth of my other children.
