Payment process is unacceptable. No phone or Internet payments, the only way to pay is by mail and that’s only if you get your bill. No way to find out what your bill is and nobody in the office. If your water is shut off it’s at least 72 hours until payments are recieved! How is this legal?!
The billing department is a complete joke. Making payments directly to the main office in Svensen would be more sufficient. Especially if your water gets shut off. You have to mail the payment then wait a couple days to be processed then another couple days to get it turned back on. What a joke
