Rude, very rude customer service. Emergency operators act as if they couldn’t care less that they are having problems and that you don’t have any service. Just rude.
Surprised at number of negative complaints. We have had service for 20 plus years, and sure, there are a few problems from time to time, but nothing I would not expect.

The connection fee and deposit are outrageous. They know you need water and take advantage of the fact. PUC needs to investigate them. Rude office personnel no way will they get an auto draft to an account with my bank.
