I only wish it would be a little faster , maybe because where we live but when I’m downloading a game and it can take about 40 hours. My mother has a different internet and would maybe take maybe a couple hours.
Internet has not been working for three days now.
Technician can make it Tuesday, after calling every day.
Somehow, that doesn’t make me feel very positive.
Excellent service. I called their office after 5pm and didn’t think anyone would actually answer but sure enough not only did they answer the phone, the tech stopped by on his way home and fixed the internet connection issues for me. So impressed, highly recommend them.
I’ve called 6 times and requested that Dave calls me back and have been told that’s not possible. Pretty bad when u call a company and can’t talk to the owner just saying. And also was told one thing by 1 person and the next person says the complete opposite of what I was told the first time.
My house WiFi has been down going on 3 days and when I call they don’t answer. Probably the worst provider in the state. I always have issues with them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Speeds are not as advertised per their packages. Even the installer said I had 10 Mbps to the house, I have not those speeds even remotely close. Most is 1.8 mbps down. You call the company and they dont answer, as well as they dont call you back.
Called Friday and spoke with a guy who told me that my internet should be working which it wasn’t. Was told he would look into it. 2 days later still no internet. Not to mention it’s next to impossible to get ahold of anyone. I’m beyond irrate
