Wish another company was available, this company robs you blind than play dumb when repairs are made but can’t see the water usage drop on their computer but very noticable on current bills, they just want to make more money
Called them to what I thought was an emergency. Keean came over and took care of my concerns and was very informative when I had questions. Glad he was able to come over and help me out so promptly.
Tried to pay our Waterbill today 11.20am Gate is closed. Called can not get any human person on the phone. Website says your open. Do not use computer to pay bill.
I would rate 0 stars if possible. I’ve only been using this company for a month and I am shocked at my first bill. My “base charges” are more than my actual usage. A $60 water bill for $24 worth of water. I wish other companies supplied water to our house, I would switch in a heartbeat.
Can someone please explain how my bill during the winter with no sprinklers is as high as the summer when my sprinkler system is on or when my bill is the same when 5 people are in the home and when 12 people in the the same house. I guess this is how they pay their over head and employees get their bonuses
My sewer line was run and a blockage found in the manhole. I called your office and within minutes Jonathon Smith and Ron Gordon responded. They called one of your trucks, cut out some tree roots, and showed me the video where the tree …
Luckily I am able to use the web pay service and have not had issues. But I tried contacting customer service for a question. I have been unable to talk to a real person, and the Contact Us feature on the website does not work. I just …
I HATE THIS COMPANY!
The inability to bill the tenant versus the owner or landlord is ridiculous. I should be responsible for receiving my bills not my property manager. …
If this wasn’t literally the only way my house got water, I wouldn’t deal with these people. Avoid calling them at all cost, the supervisor will scream at you and threaten to hang up on you when asking questions she simply cannot comprehend …
We bought our house recently in this district. Me and my husband are both in the military and we weren’t home when our sprinkler system pipe busted. We were at training for the whole month. I called the customer service to see if they could …
Had a water leak between my main line and shut off valve. Widefield water got someone to the house quickly to shut it off and turn it back on—even the second time because I had a leak after my first DIY wannabe plumber attempt. Very …
I wish I could give them a 0. Worst company to ever work with. Why can’t we have an option down here to use like Colorado springs utilities? Don’t bother calling them either the supervisor LINDA is the rudest person in the world and should …
The water is so hard, even with a water softener, I still ended up in the hospital because of the tap water here. Installed 2 water softeners for it to be soft enough to drink and even then, we do bottled water only. …
If I could leave less then 1 star I would. They are horrible. They stopped sending me bills all together. Shut me off without notice. “Linda” the supposed supervisor. Is the most rudest uncaring heartless women you’ll ever have to deal with. If I could go through a different water company out here I would.
I didn’t get a bill for 2 months. I used to live in what is called Colorado Springs, only about a mile away. However I bought my house in what is known as fountain, I went from 3 bills to 8 bills! It’s been difficult to keep up with all …
Very happy with my service today. My plumber needed the water line turned off. Widefield Water came out they could not shut it off due to a large rock and a screwdriver that was stuck down the pipe from previous owners. It ended up needing excavation. The whole crew was so nice and professional!! Great job guys!
I receive my bill one day before it’s due. Then I get charged a late fee of $25 per month. Unacceptable. I now have to call them every month to find out what my bill is so I’m not charged the late fee.
I would like to know….how can I drive to the post office and mail my other utility bills, then returning home put my Widefield Wtr/San bill into the drop box in front of the Widefield Wtr/San office on Fontaine, and then have my checks for …
HORRIBLE! Was shocked at my high water bill and asked them to come check for leaks. They refused to send anyone so I had to do my own investigating and discovered two leaks. …
Would give zero stars if possible. Worst company ever. Turn your water off without even a knock on the door. So gracious. Even after paying the bill in full they make you wait the day to get turned back on. Hopefully those people never …
Sorry I forgot to pay my bill, it’s 2022 and you guys say you can’t save any credit card information for auto pay. Then your employee will shut your water off without knocking on the door for a heads up. If you guys weren’t a monopoly company I’d switch.
I’ve so far read the comment “I wish I could leave 0 stars” on this review page over and over again. Allow me to share those sentiments, due not only to it being exceptionally difficult to reach anybody in their office, but due to ILLEGAL …
It takes a lot to get me riled up but when you got me there you got me there. Widefield water and sanitation got me there. I send them payments. They don’t see them. I go through their automated system and it ads convenience fees to the …
Poor customer service
Worst company EVER
This company is disgusting
Won’t allow autopay
Poor customer service, outrageous charges. It’s sad how much you get charged beyond base water usage.
Worst payment system online. It never works.

Website is very old and outdated. Payments must be made manually each month.
