Very unpleasant people!
Better have a generator!
Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Every single storm we have the grid goes down. Not happy with my service.
Dependable electricity. When winter throws an outage they’re right on it.
Super expensive, so many outages..and long ones too. They can be very difficult to work with…wish there was another company to go through out here.
Outages all the time. Anytime it gets really windy the power goes off and on.
High prices, poor service, constant power outages.
Called to ask if they could pull my payment out on the 15 not the 12 they say we can’t help you in that way they will pull the payment on the 10 even though it’s not due until the 12 .they couldn’t even give me 3 days extension wow that’s …
Worst company out there. A light drizzle and your power is down for 2 straight days… every. time. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Just having electricity through them is through the roof expensive. Horrible.
No matter when you call with a question, they always prefer you call them back because they are too busy. Prepare to get put on hold for an hour if you have a question. This has happened several times – poor customer focus for years.
Unreliable and expensive. Always having power outages throughout the year. Wish we had other options available. Bad reputation by many.
Always been very helpful. When our power went out they were on it. Living in the country power outage are to be expected. There are lots of lines in the middle of no where that are hard to get at. Over all great experience.
Power is out again! Maybe the CEO or the COO can step up and do a much better roll in fixing the system grid so that this does not happen as often as it does. Leave the confines of your office recliner and inspect the rural areas you operate within and fix these issues.
Wasn’t sure if I was in Puerto Rico or Detroit Lakes. Hour 20 with no power in first light storm of season. Same ole, same ole. Usually down 4 or 5 times a month with no storm. 3rd world jungle grid. Instead of publishing their newsletter …
Lousy electric coop. Plan on back up power to your home, anticipate a monthly outage, if the wind blows hard you’ll likely be knocked offline.
I have to give it to these guys. They definitely have stepped things up the past couple years. I don’t remember the last time I had a power outage even through some of the nastiest storms. Several years ago I had nothing good to say about …
They are really undependable. The power has gone out SO MUCH! Today we had a storm, just wind and rain, and the power was out for around 3-4 hours. When we come back to the lake after the work week the power had gone out. Almost all the …
Expensive and unreliable. I can understand outages during storms, we are rural and surrounded by trees. Here we are in another storm outage…. But the other 8-10 times a month for no reason is unacceptable. When I had Xcel if we lost power …
Outages all the time. And they delete your Facebook comments and block you from their Facebook page. Horrible company and cannot take negative comments.
Lousy power service. Doesn’t matter what time of year it is or the weather, expect a power outage. These people seriously cannot for the life of them reliably run power to anyone. Just today power went out for no reason despite it being …
