Only reason they have any business is because they aren’t any other options. Terrible service at ridiculous cost and change the price whenever they want.
I’m really disappointed with this business’s service. My family has the highest internet option we can choose from, and there is barely any internet. Everything keeps freezing up. Go back to charter if you can.
Having to pay for a house phone we don’t have/need/use. Have zero technicians on call for after hours/weekends to fix a screw up they caused on a Friday afternoon. They have a monopoly in this area. So sad!
I’m really disappointed in the service. We had an outage and I was told someone would call in 24 hours. No one did so I called back and was told the technician would call me. They didn’t so I called back again and was told there was no ticket for my issue. I didn’t even get an apology. I’m going back to Charter.
Terrible customer service. Will not answer the phone. Trying to pay my bill and Boone will answer. They would cut my service in a minute for nonpayment. Very disappointed in a member owned corp.

Worst customer service on earth. If they were not the only available carrier in rural Wilkes County, they would not still be in business. When you have a monopoly, you can treat your customers anyway you please.

The internet service is awful. I am trying to run a business and have called and complained on numerous occasions and it has not been fixed yet. It rarely works right and they still expect to be paid every month. They are courteous on the phone but the fact remains my service is terrible for what I pay.

Its all a scam! They’ll over charge you if you don’t have a credit card but will tell you it’s ok, then make you pay double in cash. They don’t allow you to split payments between cash and card even though they said you can
i had service for 10 years with wilke communications kind a pricy but great internet tv and phone they were a very fair company to do business with the internet worked great all the time even in bad weather i moved and now have a dish provider internet it’s just HORRIBLE
They never answer the phone. Can’t get through to anyone in any department after 3-4pm they close at 6pm and then they don’t have a 24hr customer service line for reconnection or payments to be made over the phone.
We’ve had our service with them going on 5 years and we’ve never had a single problem. Everyone is very courteous with any questions or concerns we’ve had. Best company I’ve found around here hands down!

ALWAYS get Great customer service, and if by chance the person I’m talking to doesn’t know the answer they find out before ending the call. They NEVER say I’ll have someone to call you back tomorrow, or any BS excuse. Many businesses need to take lessons from them.
