Terrible service, appointments been canceled twice, and they tell me the day of so I lost 2 days of work so the receptionist could be rude and just tell me “well what do you want me to do?” Would not recommend this place.
Dr Bashey has been my urologist for 6 or 7 years now,I wouldn’t want anyone else,once he got me diagnosed it’s been maintaining since!
Dr. Bashey is the top notch in his field & is the best in salem.

My husband was promised needed supplies would be coming in the mail within 5 days. It has been two 1/2 weeks. Went in three times to pick up supplies because they hadn’t come, 1st time -they forgot to order, second time- person who orders wasn’t in the office that week, third time- no excuse. Even one star is too much.
Front desk was very friendly. My doctor was very informative and professional. In contrast, my recent experience with a doctor in Corvallis was shocking. My second doctor in Corvallis was disappointing. Very pleased and relieved after my experience with appointment at Willamette.
