The clinic admission staff is friendly. But the emergency room waiting is ridiculous.
Takes a few months just to get results back or testing done that would take a day or two somewhere like in Utah or St George
Tried to call about a medical record after a 1 1/2 minute message there was a place to leave a message. And now i’m waiting for a call back.
They booted me out of the hospital for being too sick, who does that? Unorganized and unprofessional, by far worst hospital I’ve ever been to.

Horrible experience. Went with a friend who was very ill. The er did not practice cross contamination very dirty unsanitary and then never notified my friend of his results. They removed his iv without gloves.

Twice I’ve gone here and twice my billing got completly messed up. Insurance was never billed. I called and I went and spoke to them in person so they could please bill my insurance. They assured me everything was taken care of but guess who got slapped with a collection bill?
If I could this business would get negative stars. Their billing department is a joke. Nobody knows what is going on. Give them the SAME insurance for both kids and somehow it “doesn’t work”. What a joke of a “business”
Went here after a racing accident and couldn’t have been treated better, quick efficient, excellent care, non judgemental as sometimes we get criticized for racing offroad motorcycles and i didn’t feel judge in any way. Excellent care! Would go back

People in the office were nice everything was okay other than my bill. I was getting a yearly physical that should have been covered 100% by my insurance but someone used the wrong billing Code so I ended up paying almost $500 and unfortunately nowone know how or cared to fix my this problem. One of the worst hospitals in America – and because of the fact they are the only hospital in Ely NV, they won’t improve their services, because that’s how they’re able to get away with it. If you need actual treatment beyond a prescription, PLEASE travel out of town. Don’t support this place any more than you have to.
This hospital is incredible! Wait times in WA for any hospital service is 5+ hours, this was 20 minutes. E.D. got my child in immediately and treated the problem. Staff were knowledgeable, kind, and friendly! Very clean facility! Great Healthcare!!!!
