  1. Same experience as previous poster. My water usage literally doubled from one billing cycle to next for no discernible reason. Have been trying to call for a week. Hours on hold and no one picks up.

  2. They flood your house with sewage and don’t take responsibility. They will not pay for any damages done to your home when it’s there fault. Poor business! this how they treat the people of willingboro that paid their water and sewage bill on time for years. What a disgrace.

  3. Horrible service I just moved here last august 2020 and still have not received a water bill we have called 5 times and left a message and no call backs we cannot get in touch with anyone they will not answer their phone so tell me how am I …

  4. Call Customer Service several times in ref to my bill. When I finally get a call back the rep hung up on me. Never calling me back. Even visit the office no care in the world.

  5. The building department needs everybody who’s had A bad experience Or a problem with inspections or the inspectors to file complaints with the township and DCA only way to straighten this place out. They are aware of all the problems …

  6. I will most definitely look into reporting this place to the proper authorities. They never answer the phone. And the girl in the front has a terrible attitude problem when I asked her why they don’t answer calls. All the money I pay for …

  7. The employees behind the plexiglass are just not friendly and/or professional. No acknowledgement that a resident is there when you walk in to pay your water bill, no greeting whatsoever. Who selected these individuals to work there? If …

  8. The service provided is fine. My issue is that they charge a 3% “convenience fee” for paying your bill online. It’s 2019 there is absolutely no reason why online payments shouldn’t be the norm and there is zero excuse for a fee to be applied. For comparison, the “convenience fee” is more than the fee incurred for late payment.

  9. I sold my house and canceled the water and sewer account. I can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone, to make sure it’s canceled. Checked the bill and I’m still listed as the owner. I guess I have to drive to nj, since I live in another state …

  10. I don’t believe the water is safe to drink even if they say so, there’s nothing we can do as a resident and like they say it will take 2 years to correct it. WMUA should provide us with bottle water continously and water filters for …

  11. Can I give them zero star??? The most horrible service ever!!!
If I could change my water service, I would!
They are having a different schedule now: a few hours per day. I was waiting and …
