Same experience as previous poster. My water usage literally doubled from one billing cycle to next for no discernible reason. Have been trying to call for a week. Hours on hold and no one picks up.
They flood your house with sewage and don’t take responsibility. They will not pay for any damages done to your home when it’s there fault. Poor business! this how they treat the people of willingboro that paid their water and sewage bill on time for years. What a disgrace.

The service provided is fine. My issue is that they charge a 3% “convenience fee” for paying your bill online. It’s 2019 there is absolutely no reason why online payments shouldn’t be the norm and there is zero excuse for a fee to be applied. For comparison, the “convenience fee” is more than the fee incurred for late payment.
