The only thing I have to say about this company is that the employees are really rude..no compassion at all…praying that the lord intervenes in these people lives …they are just rude.
What a sorry place this is… my Mother is 80 yrs. old& forgot to do her bills, the temperature outside was over 32° they came and disconnected,they could’ve cared less that she is on oxygen at night. Ruthless and Monopolizing

I agree with many of the other poor reviews. Recently they apparently changed my bill due date. It would have been a courtesy to send a letter notifying me of the change instead of adding it as kind of an aside to the most current bill.
Wow, if I could give less than one star I would. The added fees are astounding! More than the actual usage. 30 bucks alone to have someone come and read the meter every month! Hey, how about I read the meter or take a picture and send it to you. What a rip off!

Just called to ask about setting up service. Because they are the ONLY ones in town. Spoke to the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Coming from a customer service background, I’d recommend revamping how you treat your client base. But you control the market so it’s unlikely you will change anything.
