Willow Creek Behavioral Health Reviews ( 80 )

  1. Never go threw this place!!!!! The assessment process seem good but when you have off feelings and wanna talk it over with family they dont allow you to leave!!!!!

  2. If I could give 0 stars I would they keep you locked in for all but an hour a day food was good staff was very rude I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I was volatry and I was told I could not check myself out people who are in jail get treated better I will be suing

  3. As a healthcare professional the services seem fine however the lack of professionalism and coordination and communication is a below 1 rating as it vastly needs improvement.

  4. I was terrified coming into this place but after being there for a week I had a great experience. Staff was nice and helpful, food was good, my meds worked great, and I feel so much better.

  5. Willow Creek doesn’t get enough 5 star reviews. Major shoutout to all staff and kitchen staff. Hope you find all the paper cranes we left behind!

  6. I’ve been working at Willow Creek Behavioral Health in Green Bay for almost three years, and this has been by far the most rewarding and fulfilling role I have ever had.

  7. Zero would be too nice. They are not concerned with anything but their schedule they are unwilling to work with a parent that works a schedule that conflicts with how they have their day set get only an hr for a visit that’s OK but it is …

  8. I went there for two weeks after my attempt. I felt like a prisoner and that i was being punished for attempting suicide. There was only two staff members that seemed like they actually cared. I’m always afraid that I’ll have to go back someday. Did not help, it made me worse.

  9. My granddaughter was only on 2 meds when she came in and after a week she’s on over 10! The other residents are calling her names and the staff does nothing about it. We came to take her home and the nurse said it’s a 24 hour process which was never told to us! We called the cops to get her out and r waiting for them.

  10. This place is a joke. I had more rights and privileges in jail and prison than here. The workers are on an ego trip. Caused more harm than good. Go anywhere else than here. I would rate it at zero stars if I could

  11. Barbara, Chris, Chantel and Tiffany you all were so amazing to me while I was going through everything. Thank you for taking such good care of me and truly caring. I’ve never felt better and I owe it all to this place. I would give it more stars if possible. 🧡 …

  12. Food was surprisingly pretty good, nurses were nice, but the doctors were not willing to talk and I feel like I was prescribed the wrong medicine coming out of there feeling worse on most of the medicine rather than better.

  13. Our son was there. We brought hundreds of $$ of clothing and Winter jacket for him. He never received them and was discharged without them ! Unbelieveable ! As far as we are concerned criminals work there.

  14. Aside from one staff member my experience was very helpful. I feel I was released too early because of no communication. I reported pain every day, the staff tried to get people to listen. Upon release I went to my doc and found out I had torn 2 of three rotator muscles. The floor staff care, it shows.

  15. DONT GO HERE! I have PTSD from severe past sexual abuse as a child and other traumatic issues in my younger life and for the first time in 10 years decide to seek inpatient help as struggling so hard at home and my therapy was only 1 hour a …

  16. On November 26th at approximately 9:00 P.M. after waiting for over 6 hours at the Sheboygan ER for this place to approve our nephew to be admitted so we could leave Sheboygan and have him admitted here I finally got mad and called. The lady …

  17. My son went here and came out worse than ever and his regular Psych Dr. said they really messed up and did not appropriately do their job. Dr. At willow creek stripped him of his meds and caused 3 days of mania almost causing a homicide. Never will suggest this place

  18. All I gotta say is when thinking about sending your family member here, look elsewhere. The 1 star reviews are legit and not just mad patients. The place isn’t good and other doctors who know of this place have told me as well to stay clear of this place.

  19. I was a Paitent on the adolescent unit and the staff is not conciderate to things that put paitents into stressful situations. The staff slams doors, yells for in necessary reasons, uses physical restrains when it is highly unnecessary, a …

  20. Nurses and MHTs are cool. But the rest of the place is a joke. It’s alot more like jail than treatment. Food portions are small. No cold air coming from the vents in early August. The strip search is pretty awkward and there is NO one on …

  21. Staff and Doctors were wonderful! Building is very new and very clean. The units are spacious and bright with plenty of sunshine. Rooms are comfortable, with private bathroom and showers. Great place to get stabilized and on the right track.

  22. Having to stay at the willow creek behavioral center was by far the worst experience of my life thus far. Everything about it was torture. They wouldn’t give me my medications (including birth control so my cycle got messed up) so I was …

  23. They were able to help me there. The beds are really hard and you have to wait awhile for things, but overall they help stabilize you if you’re having a mental health crisis

  24. Not impressed with Willow Creek at all. They changed my child’s meds which ended up making him worse then what he was before. Released way to early in my opinion as my child was admitted back into a different place 1.5 months later. On top …

  32. I love working here! Every member of the staff provides the highest level of patient care in the safest and most comprehensive manner. The team atmosphere is absolutely outstanding.

  33. Worst place to get mental health treatment. DO NOT GO HERE! The doctor’s don’t care and it feels like a prison with strict rules and strict limitations. It’s not comfortable, it’s cold, and while the nurses are nice, it’s just scary. I had …

  39. The staff were nice, the food hit or miss. But the discharge terrible, they never called in my medications! I don’t even know how to proceed from here. How do you forget to send the medications to the pharmacy??? My suv key was missing from my belongings when I left as well.. Incompetence that’s what it boils down to. Very disappointing.

  40. The techs are very caring and nice. I had a great group I’ll give the one star for that. I was almost given the wrong medication twice. Nurse Lori had no clue who I was when given my meds or even talking about medication. I had to ask …

  43. Food was terrible. It was uncooked sometimes. I also did not receive a full meal, the side dishes were missing on 2 occasions. The staff was good with only a couple of exceptions. I hope to never end up there again. …

  48. It’s like a hotel without room service and the cleaning staff wants to talk to you about your feelings. Don’t get me wrong there are some super caring staff members but they are over worked.

  49. One star if that nobody let’s u know what’s goin on with your child they added meds and thank God I called to talk to the nurse that was when I was informed otherwise I wouldn’t not have gotten a call to approve them the therapist never …
