I was terrified coming into this place but after being there for a week I had a great experience. Staff was nice and helpful, food was good, my meds worked great, and I feel so much better.
Staff were responsive, caring and kind. Groups were well structued, minimal down time , meals were excellent! Follow up is awesome!

I went there for two weeks after my attempt. I felt like a prisoner and that i was being punished for attempting suicide. There was only two staff members that seemed like they actually cared. I’m always afraid that I’ll have to go back someday. Did not help, it made me worse.
My granddaughter was only on 2 meds when she came in and after a week she’s on over 10! The other residents are calling her names and the staff does nothing about it. We came to take her home and the nurse said it’s a 24 hour process which was never told to us! We called the cops to get her out and r waiting for them.

Aside from one staff member my experience was very helpful. I feel I was released too early because of no communication. I reported pain every day, the staff tried to get people to listen.
