Doctor was great but the staff there are poor. Every time I call you can never get anyone to answer the phone. And your problems seem to be of no consequence to them. Need a simple prescription filled at the pharmacy and they are absolutely no help.
It took me WEEKS to finally get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment. Every time I call, I cannot get a hold of anyone to answer my questions, or help me. Dr. Marshburn was fantastic. I adore her, however, the office itself is a nightmare.
