If I could give zero stars I would. Worst company ever! Like others who wrote reviews, HORRIBLE customer service. Always getting the run around. Nobody is competent. As others said, STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!!!!
Run from this company. Zero customer service. Canceled insurance policy but they still charged credit card. You will die before you will ever communicate with anyone.insurance scam
I was paying about $24 pm now they send me a letter that they are now going to take out over $200. Not happy I have been paying for years, I thought the increase would be a few more dollars. Would not recommend.
To go through each step of my experience with Wilton would take quite a bit of time, unpleasant as it may be. So I will offer this succinct message : stay away from this company at all costs. Their management ineptitude and unwillingness to honor commitments is nothing less than astonishing.
Tried to add money to IRA, said I had to do it through my payroll via direct deposit. Asked for forms, etc., to do so, never received a reply. I don’t think I want my retirement money stuck with this company. No customer service.

I purchased my insurance in the 80’s from Great American and the amount was 250$ which I understood was for life. I have been giving Wilton, which apparently purchased my insurance and I have been faithfully paying. Last month I was told …
Twenty years a customer and they raised rates by 10X without notifying me. Turns out my policy was a 20-year term, but you’d think they would at least send a letter telling me what would happen at the end of the policy. At least I didn’t have to use the policy! Looking at these other reviews, that could have been more of a disaster!
How a company treats its customers during a time of tragedy speaks volumes. My mother passed away and was the policyholder for a few Wilcac policies on other family members. I called Wilcac to get instructions on transferring the policies …
They canceled my policy after sending a notice to an address I never heard of, then they kept taking my money for a year and a half. Now they say they don’t have a record of receiving my money. Every time I call I get a different story, …
