  3. We pay our bill, and we’ve went two weeks in a row, they haven’t picked up the trash. They do manage to pick up recycle. You can never reach anyone, and somehow they still expect to be paid.

Make sure you count your change back INFRONT of the teller because they WILL short you. And then blame you for it.

  12. I would give them a negative star if there was such a thing. The only utility company I have heard of that charges insanely high prices and then a processing fee for paying them. By the way, the new bill pay system is not mobile device friendly at all and I have not seen an app either.

  14. I have several rental properties in Winchester, and WMU has always be super easy to work with. They have responded quickly to shut off water when bad leaks occurred. One of there techs even removed a clog that was just on my side of the sewer line. Saved me from paying $500 bucks to a plumber.

  16. By far the rudest office staff I have EVER encountered. I worked with the public for over 25 yrs and this tops it all and not in a good way. Please train your office staff to be nice and respectful… it’s not that hard.

  20. It seems to be across the board on my research but the lack of notice when they are disconnecting service is criminal. It is rough enough trying to make ends meet and then tacking on a disconnection fee makes it worse.
