I really didn’t feel the Dr knew exactly what he was doing. Not a good bedside manner either and kept looking at his cell phone. Not very professional at all.
Three people ahead of me and 2.5 hours I waited. I walked out. I had server arm and shoulder pain and the tech put the blood pressure cuff on my arm with the pain which increased my discomfort. Never again
The word Urgent is a joke. I was the only patient in the office and it took over an hour to get in and out. I waited 15 minutes to be seen by the nurse and another 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor. If time is an issue look elsewhere
They’re okay but don’t use your insurance. They literally charge you DOUBLE and then you get stuck with paying a way higher amout than if you just hadn’t used it at all.
1030am to 3pm seen 4 people in the waiting room…..Amherst family practice is much better
They are alway on top of things when I go there. Never a long wait and the doctor is wonderful. They take the time to talk to you and explain everything and they always answer any question or concerns.

I recently had the good fortune to meet Harjit S. Bagri and his crack staff. Warm, Professional and totally on their game. It was not long before l was wisked off to the Winchester General ER because I was exhibiting strong signs of Cardiac Arrest. I am now doing well and grateful to have met these hard working American Hero’s. ❤️

I waited almost 2 hours just to be told I have a “bad cold” the doctor wrote me a prescription for my sore throat but I never got better so I ended up going to the med express where they found I had bronchitis and tonsillitis and gave me antibiotics. Should have just gone to the med express first. Would have saved me 120$
Horrible. Waited two hours after filling out paperwork. People walked in 30 minutes to and hour after me and were seen first. Finally got called up to the desk after 2 hours and was told to resubmit paperwork, insurance and photo ID. If it wasn’t for the time I already invested in the wait I would walk out.
It is the best urgent care I have ever been to! Friendly, efficient, and discreet staff! Very little wait time. Very thorough and caring! Reasonably priced for care on a cash basis.Thank you!
