Windham Eye Group Reviews ( 16 )

  1. Dr. Cooper could not get get my contact lens prescription right after 5 tries – waste of time. Multiple “trainees” were set upon me to do my eye exam (to poor result). I had to follow up with the back office four times or more to get my insurance payment reimbursed. Will not return.

  2. Receptionist is awful – extremely rude and unprofessional. For someone that is the face of the business we will never be coming back here again. And the wait time is horrendous.

  3. If you can get Dr. Woods to be your doctor, then great. I had to go in as a referral from my college’s health services, and she got me an appointment with her doctor the very next day (which is a pretty big thing, seeing as it would not be …

  4. Over a year ago I purchased a pair of glasses from Windham Eye Group Optical Shop. I really liked these glasses but a vital piece broke off making them unwearable. I contacted the shop and was told the glasses were still under warranty. I brought the glasses in and they were fixed quickly. Very happy to have my glasses fixed! Thank you

  5. Great place. 25 minutes late because I went to wrong eye place and they still took me. I like their exam better than the other eye clinics.
And on a side note there is a new eye doctor who is training who is absolutly stunning and so nice with black hair. Pray you get her because she’s also very good at her job.

  6. Dr. Capstick is very kind and talented. I drive past many opthamologists to come here. I have been treated for emergencies multiple times and was extremely well taken care of. I cannot say enough good things.

  7. Had an acute case. Was passed off to several different people in reception and technicians. The receptionist made it blatantly clear to me that she couldn’t get me in to the group and she had to “squeeze me in” and “double book” me with …

  8. Waiting room was about 35 degrees due to keeping doors open and fans in the windows full blast. I understand was due to covid, and if this was the only issue I would not have complained… Technician was very rushed and unprofessional. They …

  9. Receptionist was one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Waited for almost an hour for an exam for my mother. I will encourage her to look elsewhere. This is a completely unprofessional office

  10. Ever since my first visit at this place I had misgivings. While the Dr.s seem to change frequently and seem nice enough, the office staff are rude and unprofessional. On my first visit nearly 3 years ago, I made a return appt. for the next …

  11. My child was sent in April if 2022 and no covid screens were done nor covid question aire prior to appointment. Once we got called in back the lady who took us back (no sure of her title, probably some type of assistant) asked if we were …

  12. Don’t go here. Place is always packed. My eye doctor ms. Capstick very nice lady left and nobody ever told me till I called to confirm my appointment which cause she left I couldn’t go to. No letter came in mail or did I ever get any phone …
