Just watched the trash truck pick up at Buxton Court. My rash can was not over filled but because the driver did not compact the trash in the truck, some of the trash spilled in the driveway and he just left it!!
The customer service is horrible !!! They make up fees as they go or when the feel like it. Then I politely ask them to show me where I can find information on said fee their response “we are a private owned company we can come up with any fees we want to” I hate this company so much !!

Customer service is unlike I’ve ever seen. The manager Elaine is the spawn of Satan. I’d rather bring my own trash to the dump every week. Tiny trash barrels, they discourage recycling withthe even smaller recycling barrels.
Absolutely criminal the way they handle garbage removal. But in this town if you want someone to do it, they are the only ones so you’re freaking stuck with them. Despicable.
Windsor Sanitation does what they are contracted to do. However, the price they charge for service, when surrounding towns get free pickup because of he town taxes they pay. Taxes in Windsor are just as high as other towns so why not provide free pickup?

What’s funny to me is they will tell you there’s no way to send out notices of when you’re becoming due to pay for garbage collection but they know exactly who owes and will send people out to pick up their trash bins the same day. This company is excellent at what they do, and I am very happy to have them available in my town. They are effective and efficient with weekly/biweekly trash and recycling pickup; they’re also extremely helpful in picking up/helping dispose of the results of cleaning out a house or garage. I recommend them without reservation!
