I just moved here from NH And bought a new home and was promised high speed internet to work from home and its been a month and still don’t have it !!!! Every new ticket is two weeks out
Windstream is absolutely the worst Internet service
We had a month of new fiber tearing our yard up in hopes of finally getting even the 1.5 we pay for ( usually .25 if lucky speed ) …………over a MONTH NOW STILL NO FIBER CONNECTION….. fiber is there but not cut in or turned on

I asked to upgrade my internet from a measly 10 Mbps to 25 Mbps. They gave me a ridiculous appt time of 8am to 7pm. I waited all day for a no show. He didn’t call until after 6pm to tell me. If I had another option for internet, I would change in a heartbeat.
When signing up for a new service the cost for internet was $33 a month. In the confirmation email the cost was $50 a month. Called customer service and they could not tell me what the bill amount would be and said they could do nothing …

Not much to say, Arkansas does not have any authority over internet service providers in the state. You literally have to call the FCC to file any formal complaint.

I have never heard of this company and do not know if they are even based in the United States. Will call my credit card company to report this fraudulent charge.
