First they give a advance pay then the next month they take it away. If people want to spend extra money to keep them out the whole then let them do it.
Horrible I can never get in touch with an employee, it always sends you to an automated service and to the costumer service center that never helps you unless it’s a basic question, I had a fraudulent charge to my card can’t even call to block it bc you all no longer have these services definitely will be locating to a new bank!

Ok so I get we all have to stay safe, but knowing the facility is not allowing customers to come in then All lanes should be open or it should be designated lanes for certain transactions to help with the flow of services

Slower than ever since you can only go to drive through. Usually only 2 tellers at the window and they move in slow motion. Going to close my ACCOUNT SOON !!!!!!
Most of the workers are very unprofessional!! They never return calls, and will give you the run around!! I don’t think I would recommend them to anyone! Respect is everything………poor customer service!!!

The rate should be 0! The customer service is horrible! You can call guest services , and they will transfer you to someone else, who doesn’t answer their phone. No one can’t seem to answer any questions about your account. The automatic system don’t work. You get the run around with this bank.

Great bank. Amazing security. Top notch security. Once your card is used outside of your normal area, they block and stop it. So if you going out of town, call them and let them know ahead of time. So they can make a note. Been using this bank for almost a decade. No complaints here.
