Though the service is great I am really getting tired of their survey popping up several times a day. Has to be one of the most annoying things that cannot be blocked and I have tried.
Wintek just ran fiber to our rural neighborhood, and I have been very impressed with the communication, technical expertise, and internet speed. Especially the internet speed! GREAT ISP.

There are only two choices for me, comcast or wintek. Based on local comcast’s low review score I chose this company. The customer service is great, the internet is stable and fast. The price is reasonable. I will highly recommend this company. 5 stars solid.

We’ve not had any problems and prefer it to xfinity the only issue is during this time of furloughs and layoffs and unemployment mess ups they dont offer any kind of payment extension for your internet. If you can not pay on your due date you have a week before they shut it off.
