Guy was very unprofessional and was rude to my dad. Therefore, one star. With all the companies that exist to get the same products, one would expect better customer service. Don’t waste your time with these guys.
WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. Everyone at WFC is incredibly rude and acts as though any question or request is an inconvenience for them. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS – JUST THE MONEY. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere for fuel services.
Allow others to know the expected time of the drivers arrival to avoid confusion. For example, 8am-11am. Other than that driver was nice and professional, thank you.
Customer Service sucks! I am a senior and disabled. They threatened to remove their equipment unless I paid them a small balance. Told them that they will get what I can afford until my fuel assistance comes in around Jan 2018. That is when the lady threatened removal. Do not use this company!!!!!

I am new to the area and have never had a problem with WFC. They service my furnace and deliver my propane. Everyone has always been very pleasant and helpful.
Only ever had negative experiences here, most recently ran out of fuel and the emergency line was unhelpful, it’s insane to me that you can’t get heating oil for the first time through them if you’re all out.
