High price for constant outages. Poor customer service: multiple reasons given for outages and intermittent connections, poor communication, only one credit offered to compensate for these regular, multiple outages and intermittent connections.
Cable Internet service is absolutely useless and GROSSLY over priced. And if you call them, good luck. If they answer, they are not friendly at all.
The internet is horrible, it’s off more than it’s on! They’re the only provider for our area so they don’t care that it sucks, they know they are getting our money no matter what since there is no other option. I had to turn wifi off and use my cell phones data to post this review…what a joke!

I am editing my review. They have now doubled the speed of the internet, service is more reliable then it has ever been. I had an issue with my internet and 10 mins later the techs were on the pole and resolved the issue. Def. can see the changes to this company coming to fruition. Prices are still a tad expensive though.

Service is not consistent or reliable. I pay the for just internet that averages 10-18 mbps at the same rate that I paid for Comcast and I had 100+ mbps with them along with cable and phone service.
