They put our neighbors from our duplex into our bill and gave them ours. After the neighbors didn’t pay their bill they cut our lights off. Now we have to pay their bill after our was paid monthly and they walk away with no bill. Anything to get their money.

I’ve never been through more outages as I have in the last 2 1/2 years. It is always a hassle trying to report an outage. Voicemails are always full, and you are forever on hold.
When my electricity went out they worked on it at 12 am till 3 am till they got it working. Other electricity company’s posted around 8 pm, that if you did not have electricity now don’t count on getting it till morning. I’m happy this company puts their customer first.
Horrible service! Never had outages with Alliant Energy. All the time now and don’t have an option to switch providers. They have no problem collecting money, but won’t update the old lines that are long overdue. Better off getting solar panels and getting off their joke of a grid!
Very bad place to go for a water test would not recommend. I had them do two test and they both came back bad for bacteria. I had to get a new bottle because they gave me a dirty one. I had Steve’s plumbing test my water and it came back …

Power turns off randomly. Can’t reach emergency number out of office hours. Cloudy, dirty water. Would not recommend – zero stars…
